Ultra Maratón Caballo Blanco, also known as the Copper Canyon Ultramarathon, is a 50-mile ultramarathon held annually in Urique, Chihuahua, Mexico. The event gained international recognition through Christopher McDougall's book "Born to Run" and has since 2012 regained its original name in honor of Micah True "El Caballo Blanco." The race is supported by the municipality of Urique and the American nonprofit organization True Messages, and it also offers marathon (42K) and half marathon (21K) distances.
